A teacher in the law faculty wrote a book

Dr. Ammar Karim Al-Fatlawi, an instructor at faculty, recently published his book entitled Al-Wajeez in Contracts Entrepreneurship-Agency-Guarantee: A Study in the Light of the Omani Civil Transactions Law and the French Civil Law, in which the book was chosen as a third-stage academic curriculum for students at three Omani universities, and Al-Fatlawi said: We concentrated on this book on a comparison between Omani and French legislation with an explanation of the developments in the French law in terms of legislation and theories created by the French judiciary, by analyzing 159 recent judicial decisions of the French Court of Cassation. However, we didn’t forget to mention the extent to which French civil law influenced Omani law.
