Lecturer Tariq Abdul Razzaq Shahid received his PhD from the law faculty, University of Karbala, in the Private Law Branch, the thesis title judicial deduction in a civil case-a comparative study and that was on Wednesday, August 26, 2020, in Professor Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini ‘s hall at the Faculty of Law, University of Karbala. After extensive discussions, the committee took into account the researcher’s efforts, his use of sources and references, the method of study, the results he had obtained in his thesis, and the strength of his defense of it. The scientific session resulted in approving the thesis and the recommendation to grant the certificate. Also, the faculty’s Deanship, embodied by the faculty’s dean Prof. Dr. Saeed Ali Ghafil, wished him more success in serving the Iraqi science and educational process.
