The Faculty of Law at the University of Kufa discussed a master’s thesis tagged discussing (the legal status of employees of independent bodies) by the student (Hassanin Abdul-Zahra Aser), in the hall of the scholar Dr. Ismail Marza. This thesis discusses the subject of the legal regulation of the real estate investment in circulation, because these funds had a major role in the legislation that they organized, as they contribute to increasing the movement of the stock exchange and addressing what is related to it in many legislations, including the American legislation with regard to foreign legislation and Saudi legislation with regard to Arab legislation, while the Iraqi legislation did not know this kind of money that if it was organized, it would have a major role in the national economy. Real estate investment funds contribute to solving the housing crisis and finding a solution to slums and existing abuses. In addition, these funds contribute to giving low-income people an opportunity to own large real estate projects. After an extensive discussion and the student’s defense of his thesis, his research method, and the results he reached; The committee decided to accept the thesis and recommend granting the certificate.
