The Faculty of Law at the University of Kufa held a course for the college’s employees, entitled “A Course on the Disciplinary Law of State Employees No. 14 of 1991, as amended, in which the Assistant Professor Dr. Thamer Muhammad Al-Issawi lectured , and the session focused on The relationship between the employee and the administration is an (administrative) relationship, which is often preponderant in favor of the administration or the institution in terms of rights and duties on the one hand and punitive measures on the other hand. It also includes the duties of the employee and the actions that the employee is prohibited from practicing.
