A seminar on tobacco control in educational institutions is held by the Public Law Branch

lecturer Zaman Al-Hasnawi gave a presentation on “Tobacco Control in Educational Institutions” as part of the Faculty of Law‘s activities, in which he covered five themes; the first axis dealt with the dangers of smoking, while the second dealt with the consequences of smoking on the environment, economy, and society. The third axis dealt with a part in the fight against smoking (public role and private role). The fourth section dealt with quitting smoking, both abruptly and gradually. The fifth axis was about the Anti-Smoking Law No. (19 of 2012), and the session finished with a set of smoking-related suggestions that were in accordance with the thoughts offered in the workshop.
